Folks, there is No Building Code here in Eureka Montana,

and there is No Consumer Protection if you buy a home that

has been built unsafe or in a way

that will cause you financial or physical harm in the future.

There are Montana Building Codes and there

are Laws of Implied Habitability, however,

enforcing these laws are seriously impossible.

Get a Home Warranty from your Builder.

Have a Copy of their insurance and Read it Before they Build.

Have them sign something that says there is no way they will

go above 10% over budget and have them give you a definite deadline.
