Folks, I just cannot keep from commenting on these folks. Today I noticed that the gate has a Bear behind a horse on it in metal. Now basic Feng Shui, and the Law of the Land would say that Bears and Horses don't mix and this symbol on the Entrance could bring bad news to the development. And Get this, On the Other side of the gate is a Nasty, Gnarly, hair raised wolf that looks like it is attacking the back of a calm peaceful Elk. I don't know who thinks this stuff up over there at Indians Springs Ranch, but I find it VERY disturbing.
It sounds like things are going well for now, apparantly a Million Dollars was found and put into the project so it continues, I did not know that the First Interstate in Eureka Montana was funding this. Locals can't seems to catch a break, no real jobs here and the local banks finance a Foreign Owned project of this size? Things that make you go Hmmmm...
I also heard today that a whole bunch of Modulars are coming in to be set on this Golf and Active Living Public Golf Course in Eureka Montana. That does not sound in tune with the Stunning Views, and High End Perception that seems to be portrayed in the Radio and Magazine ads. Seems to me they are spending a whole lot of money on ads that are playing on the Radio to people who already live here. If they are looking to snag vacationers, that won't work either, family trips to Montana will not get a sale on a Public Golf Course from a Radio ad, it just won't work. The Buyers are on the Internet, selling Montana, then Northwest Montana, then Eureka Montana. YOU must have an internet presence for Eureka Montana Golf, Northwest Montana, Lake Koocanusa and Much more to draw in people that were not even considering Montana.
Indian Springs Golf and Activing Living Community in Eureka Montana certainly does not Get Internet market, they are creating a New Northwest Montana Community, with Our Local Money and they are Using Marketing and Media that was available in the Early 1900s. Radio and Signs have been around awhile. Newspapers and Magazines are no longer affective to reach buyers. My Guess is that Indian Springs Golf Course is wasting a whole lot of money because they are too stubborn to pay the right people to market their Eureka Montana Real Estate.
There is a local company that build homes, modular type, and pops them up kind of ready made, why not use them. Why not keep local money local. The First Interstate bank gives them the money and the Indian Springs Golf Course hires people from out of town with it.
