Folks, this is a Scary Rumour. First I want to say it is passing through the rumour mill and I am awaiting more information. Please do not regard this as truth or as me Saying it is any one particular person or group of people responsible. I heard today that Amy Guth, the Attorney for the McKay family, who represents them in their case against the Wilderness Club, came home to find or woke up and found that Someone had turned the gas on in her home. I am not going to comment just yet on whether I believe this to be true or not. Why would Someone do this to her ? The reasons, if true, are plentiful. I do Pray, however, that this is NOT true and that no one from the opposing side is trying to prevent Amy Guth from appealing to the Montana Supreme Court. This case is not over, it is said that the local Judge over turning the 1 million dollar punative referred to the Montana State Law that limits Monies paid in Punitive damage, here is the Law ... On April 4, the jury awarded the McKays $350,000 for the value of the property and another $6,500 for the value of the trees cut. Jurors also found Wilderness Development had acted with "malice" and ordered $1 million in punitive damages.

I am not able to prove who this "Mystery Person" is, I just KNOW that it is Happening. I know where it is happening. And for Me personally, My Own Personal Opinion from the Stories I have heard, I KNOW one hundred percent who I believe it is. And it is down right shameful.
I HAVE no FACTS on who is responsible for the “Date Rape Drugging” incident. But I certainly know who I believe did it. And I am entitled to my Belief.
I do KNOW it happened and I do Know where it happened.
I know it has been happening for Years.
And that it is TIME it STOPPED for GOOD.

Abandoned County Road
The Abandoned County Road Issue Continues off Of Sinclair Creek Road. What you Need to know is that The Eureka Area has lots of these old county roads on record, where are they and can you use them. Or is this just a special deal for Tungsten’s Holdings because they have more money then you. For Example some Maps show an old county road right through the Wilderness Club Exclusive Golf Community, You CAN’T use that. Look into it, there are plenty of roads that really do get and stay abandoned. I Sold a parcel off meadow creek and Barnaby Lake road, it took a year to close a 5 acre parcel because of an old county road issue. It was abandoned.
The point of letting tungsten have their way and opening a road that was not disclosed to folks like the Stavenow’s when they purchased their home is to GET more TAX dollars. They say the law is the law, NOT TRUE, the law is interpreted differently for different folks. If the County Owns the Legal Access than I guess they do, however, what is owed to those affected by this. I mean does Eureka really need another subdivision anyway. Why don’t the commissioners create more jobs instead of more parcels.
It is my opinion that “Old County Roads” will affect more of you than you currently know and that this really does set a path for future problems. Find out where the rest of the roads are and start using them, see what the county has to say about that.
How would like to own your home 20 or 30 years and than one day find out that a road goes through it, or through the property that you never knew existed, your Seller and Realtors are Long Gone and the County says that’s too bad. Unless, of course it was on your original title report when you bought the property and if it was than I guess you knew and you have nothing to complain about. The problem is these Old County Roads are NOT on the title reports I have seen, they SPRING UP as some mysterious piece of paper from granddads attic and there you have it, legal access wide enough for a subdivision.
The Commissions are looking at development, at dollars and I guess at the Law is the Law, and if it is a County Road than it certainly is. I do hope that this means the same for ALL supposed abandoned county roads in the tobacco valley.
However, are the Commissioners really looking at the rights of the landowners, and the legitimate issues of those who signed the petition ?

Some folks in Eureka do this a lot, they buy landlocked property and than they read the Montana State Laws that say you GET access, you cannot be kept out, these BUYERS force access and resell for hundreds of thousands more. I just found this MEMO it seems that as of april 1st 2008 the Montana Board of Realty Regulations is Permiting Real Estate Brokers to offer Rebates to Consumers. This after last fall when we were given a memo from the State Realtors attorney saying that buyers rebates were illegal and that a new law was being created to make it even more clear that it was illegal. Eureka - Changed Forever
Truly Folks, Eureka Montana will NEVER be the same. The Dog incident last week was a horrific crime, I suspect it had something to do with Meth, though have been unable to confirm this. Yesterday I heard about an incident that happened at a local bar on the Friday Night of Rendezvous.
Apparantly there is someone that has been said to have put a Date Rape drug in a Gal's drink that Friday, she was pretty blacked out 12 hours, Not Sleeping it Off but actually blacked out and she had not drank enough to be drunk.
Luckily, friends got her safely out of this situation. I am telling you this to let you know it is happening in Eureka. However, the NEXT time it happens we will hopefully have video.
Gals - get your own drink directly from the bartendar and Do NOT leave your Drink. Yes - Eureka is Now a Big City.
