Can we Set up a System, where people in need, or when blocks of people have something going on where they are in real need of assistance there can be a call to the City, or to Interbel or an email to Interbel that they send to All subscribers that Puts the word out who needs help and where they are. Just an Idea.
I know it has privacy issues, but I am just brain storming here, the stories I am hearing makes me so very sad that I did not know, I would not have minded hauling water or helping in some way, but there was no way to know at the time, for me anyway.
