Could Not Be Bor-der - sure seems like there are alot of bored Border Patrol agents.

People want to discuss the Border Patrol, Why they are so bored that they hang out in driveways and even break mailboxes. Yes I know they are looking for bad guys, but come on, they sat in our driveway on grave creek road for a long time and even smacked into the mailbox, they did come back the next day and fix it - all in secret. But we saw them and don't they have to ask the landowner to do a "stake out" on private property? I guess Not.

Many say that they go for walks in the woods and run into border patrol agenst sitting in their rig, oftentimes eating or dozing. Guess they are looking for Drug Dealers in the West Kootenai and the woods of Eureka Montana while the real drug dealers are serving up on Main Street.

I have seen agents parked under bridges laid back without a care in the world. I guess those big bucks and no real crime is quite boring.

Today a new one for me which inspired me to start talking about the border patrol agents and how they treat the community. I know that they are "suppose" to keep to themselves and try and stay friends only with each other, but a few of them are quite cold to the public.

Today, after 6 Months of Our Contractors coming up our driveway 5 or days a week steady due to a major remodel we are doing on our house, today they came up as usually and the border patrol stopped them on our private road, on private property, and told them we had no tresspassing signs on the driveway. The contractors said they knew and well told them what mysterious activities we were up to. And they all went on with their day.

It feels quite violating to me, why not call us, or just come up and ask if all is well and if there is a reason for our signs. NOPE, instead they question our visitors which happen to be our contractor. Private Property - without permission - interrogating our guests. Welcome to Eureka Montana.

Patroling private driveways, I guess they are have super powers under homeland security and can Violate our personal rights, without even the decency to ask us questions directly. Questioning who comes and goes on private property without talking with the Property Owner should ALARM you all. If they have this Right, then What Next ?

Soon I will tell you stories of showing border patrols real estate while they were "on the clock", in full uniform and armed. Big Wages to look for real estate for their family, one day a group of them even moved a local gal out of a business while on the Border Patrol Clock, Your Dime.

And they treated me, a Real Estate Broker Owner, VERY badly in the process, used me, got me to go to their rental with information and show property in 30 below temperatures as well as take them to Halloween Bar Hopping in whitefish, and then bought a FSBO that I told them about. Serious - Flagrant Disrespect.

Homeland Security was Here Today, Finally I have something they are interested in, this time they stayed for over an hour... Wish they would come to our rescue on some of this stuff but they will most likely just try and shut me up. I guess it was just a matter of time before I started talking about public opinion of the border patrol.
