Peeping Tom Case - Richard Brown

How many people of this Community have Reported Richard Brown as “watching them” . I have spoke with people who say they reported that Richard Brown looked in at them while they bathing, looking in windows at them and nothing was done. I wonder why the law in Lincoln County does not take this stuff serious, I find it sick.

Mothers are emailing me, people are VERY upset, and they want to know how many this has been done to, there are hundreds of potential victims but no way the Lincoln County Detectives, the powers that be can solve such a powerful mystery. At this point it looks like, to me ,that Lincoln County Law is not really doing a detailed job and that the powers that be are not doing all that they could to get more information. They seem to be clueless about the internet, at the County Level. It would be pretty simply to get more information but there just does not seem to be any interest. And by this I do not mean the arresting office, from where I sit I don't see Officer Brenda as being taken to serious. It seems she gets as much information as she is allowed to but what I see is shut down after shut down. I guess it is because Richard has been here for decades and simply know to much about to many….
