When You Look at the new wilderness club montana golf resort website and you see Susan and Jim Banister as Founders and Members. It seems that they are playing down the whole Barry Cole thing, I had heard last winter of lawsuits in California, but you know the rumor mill. So now when you look at the Wilderness Club website you still see the Norcal Group, Faldo and the Designers but "Norcal’s Barry Cole, president of WildernessDevelopment, LLC." seems to kind of be fading away...
I guess they restructured over there at the Wilderness Club, I had heard they lost one lot to the First Interstate bank and of course your remember they won the Montana Supreme Court case where they ran over property rights, stole trees, ruined the quality of life of their neighbors among other horrible acts. And the man who led that "situation" with the McKays and forced those trees removed as well as Defied a Court Order to STOP building well he is Big Man on Campus over there sooooo those with the Most Money have rights and they will do as they Damn well please.
They will cut your trees, they will run 24 hour lights and generators next to your house, they will violate covenants and get away with it, they will defy a Judge Ordering them to STOP construction, they will buzz your house with their choppers, they will suck up the water table and your well will suck up rocks, they will poison ground water, they will violate DEQ water laws, they will open up old roads and NOT ones through their land within the same perameters and you had just better shut up about it.. if you do get your court date to get your rights heard you will be made to Look as a Fool.. just check out the Supreme court case where the McKays of the Koocanusa Estates were treated as if they had NO rights, they were totally disrespect and all this after a JURY of their peers awarded them 1.2 million dollars and a Local Judge overturned the decision and the Montana Supreme Court upheld this Action...
Not saying whether I believe it or not, however, last winter a guy told me that it Cost $50,000 for a Supreme Court Decision in Montana... probably not true... of course... but something to think about...

You have no other jobs thanks to your commissioners so you get to bend over and do what the billionaires say you'll do... even if they violate your civil rights, break covenants and Break the Law.
