Criminals Given Free Legal Counsel While Their Victims Have to Pay

"Why is it that we, as a nation, give the criminals free legal counsel by law and their victims have to pay for it? Something is very wrong with our judicial system and changes need to be made. "

It is Quite Shocking that Montana Does not recognize Victims Rights and yet if they are Criminals, or accused of a Crime - they have rights. The laws in place are not being Enforced and the Criminals Know it.
