Rendezvous = Revenue
I went to town today, for about 30 minutes, in that time I saw several cars pulled over, one right after the other. It was early afternoon, these cops can't clean up the streets here with all the crime and meth around but when we have a function they have to get them dollars from pulling you over.
I don't get it, I guess they were speeding, sure did not look like much to me. ( I don't think that many Pull Overs were suspecting to be under the influence) I guess we are going to lose the last thing we have left which is tourist dollars, because we have any kind of function and the COPS pull over as many people as they POSSIBLY can... why bother going to Eureka Montana.. they just want your money how ever they can get it, seems to be the motto.

I had family in INTENSE need today and sorry I could not make it to SUPPORT your Rendezvous, young - clueless lady... And now she is upset that I am talking bad about local cops. Oh to be young and blissfully ignorant.

Parent of slain Columbine student addresses Congressional Subcommittee - Please Read
Guess our national leaders didn't expect this, hmm? On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton , Colorado , was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert!
These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness.
The following is a portion of the transcript: "Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out of or answers."" Public School "Alternative School"
I just got off the phone with the Lincoln County Superintendant of Schools office. I called them requesting information about our public schools "alternative school" program at the junior high level. Seems like a simple request, doesn't it? Apparently not.
Our Lincoln County Superintendant of Schools office apparently knows nothing about the programs offered here in the Eureka Public Schools. This alarms me. Is there any communication between these two entities. The reason I wanted to ask about this is because our local school website states that they have an alternative school program for high school students.
If this website is true, then I would like to know why junior high students are placed in an "alternative" program which has only been designed to meet the needs of high school students. I would also like information on the qualifications of the person(s) who are teaching in this program. Are they certified teachers, do they have a special background in dealing with special or difficult cases? Does anyone out there know where I might get my questions answered?
Don't say call the school, they can't even provide me with my sons grades as apparently their computer program doesn't allow them to print out grades for a student who has been withdrawn from the school. This is the ridiculous information which was given to me yesterday by the junior high secretary. Truth, or unwillingness to comply with my request.........you make the call.

School Board Elections
This weeks Tobacco Valley News carried a large article to inform us of our choices for school board officials. Folks, I'd like you to read each candidates information and then think about this. A couple of our candidates are people who have already been a part of the school board.
One of the candidates is very proud of the fact that she has played a part in the hiring of current staff and administration. While I have nothing personal against this candidate, I find it odd that she would be proud of that accomplishment (decomplishment?).
I believe that the schools (all levels) need real change and electing candidates who have been a part of the hiring of current staff and administration would be a real mistake. Change will not come about until our school board realizes that the current situation is not working (especially at the junior high level). At this point I feel that most of the problems are in administration and some of the staffing of the junior high. We need a school board that will listen to the parents, not railroad them. Being a school board official or a school principal does not make one infallible. I'm asking everyone to make an intelligent choice in your school board voting. Let's start making it about the kids and not about the power hunger of some adults.

Your Paying for protection that your not getting.
One man locally had 3 DUI’s in one month and your county attorney refuses to prosecute. He has already caused severe injury and financial damage to one local family I know of. He is a known drug dealer here and has been for decades and still he is driving your streets, who will he crash into next. Kind of Like Russian Roulette.
You would be shocked at how many real crimes are not prosecuted in Lincoln County and what is the real reason. Does “the Law” just not want to know about this stuff to avoid work or paperwork?
Is the plan to discredit victims so they are not believed. Fine if that is the way things are then so be it. But how about Millions of Dollars of refunds to the People of Lincoln County who pay for service that they don’t really get.
The “People” are now forced to start non-profits to help people, they are forced to get legal advice and attorneys outside of the county because they are not heard here. Many are talking of creating an alternative school because the school system is so bad and the Truth, well who knows that that is.
I am sure everybody lives in a little bit different reality. I encourage your voice on this site to give a total perspective, but few do actually talk about what is going on here they just want tell me how wrong I am and tell me to be more positive. Though I tried the dancing fairies method in the beginning of my blogs and well I still got those infamous Cease and Desist letters. The Truth is something that few tolerate.
So do you have an opinion, do you have a good experience with Trevor Utter for example, do you have crimes committed against you that you felt you got justice, do you feel that Eureka is getting County Services worth 2 Million a month, well then let’s here it. Because from where I sit that just is not happening…

Peeping Tom Case - Richard Brown
How many people of this Community have Reported Richard Brown as “watching them” . I have spoke with people who say they reported that Richard Brown looked in at them while they bathing, looking in windows at them and nothing was done. I wonder why the law in Lincoln County does not take this stuff serious, I find it sick.
Mothers are emailing me, people are VERY upset, and they want to know how many this has been done to, there are hundreds of potential victims but no way the Lincoln County Detectives, the powers that be can solve such a powerful mystery. At this point it looks like, to me ,that Lincoln County Law is not really doing a detailed job and that the powers that be are not doing all that they could to get more information. They seem to be clueless about the internet, at the County Level. It would be pretty simply to get more information but there just does not seem to be any interest. And by this I do not mean the arresting office, from where I sit I don't see Officer Brenda as being taken to serious. It seems she gets as much information as she is allowed to but what I see is shut down after shut down. I guess it is because Richard has been here for decades and simply know to much about to many….

MPPA - Montana Police Protective Association
The Montana Police Protective Association Calls Me EVERY single night and sometimes more then once. They want money, I say no, the KEEP calling. I feel no real protection from the Montana Police. Lincoln County's Sherriff Department has well over 2 million a year in their budget and they do not do a good job for Eureka. They don't want to know about crimes committed, they refuse to prosecute criminals, serial DUI offenses and Worse and the Montana Police Protective Association calls EVERY night from this number 406-782-4940 - begging for money.. Please STOP Calling Me.. nope that don't work.. what will ?

I would like to clarify something from my previous post........what I'm calling anger has its basis in hurt. I have felt hurt and betrayed by the entire situation.

Who To Trust?
At this point in time, I'm in a real quandary. Through my earlier postings I've relayed my issues surrounding the school and my junior high student. I was given some advice today by a person I trust and respect and that advice was this.... "Remember that Trevor is known to lie and you should try to find out the truth before you decide to be angry with someone" .

Now that hit me kind of hard and made me think more deeply about what had taken place. My son told me that when Trevor had him in his office, Trevor told him that he was putting him in the alternative school and that another parent (who also happens to be a high-position public official) had come to him and placed all the blame for her childs problems in school on my son and she wanted something done about my son.

Seeing as how that same day I received a call from Trevor telling me he was putting my son in alternative school, what my son told me made sense. At that point, I decided I was angry at this other parent because I felt that (seeing as we had somewhat been friends) she should have come to me if there were issues with my son. I believe my mistake has been in not contacting that parent to ask if she had been to see Trevor to have my son removed from the general school population.

I still tend to believe that things happened as I think they did because the other parent involved is well aware of my anger and has done nothing to alleviate that anger if it is mistaken anger. But if I have been wrong this whole time, I would be more than willing to apologize for what I have believed. And a note to the other parent......if this didn't actually happen, then you should be asking Trevor why he lied to this child and made you look the way he did.

I still tend to believe that things happened as I think they did because the other parent involved is well aware of my anger and has done nothing to alleviate that anger if it is mistaken anger. But if I have been wrong this whole time, I would be more than willing to apologize for what I have believed. And a note to the other parent......if this didn't actually happen, then you should be asking Trevor why he lied to this child and made you look the way he did.

I am well aware of corruption in the community but its not just here its everywhere. Justice Court - Game Warden - the U.S. Forest Service .. we are in Trouble
Well the Daily Interlake Calls it Peeping Charge.
This sure sounds innocent enough. How would you feel if pictures of you naked, videos have been around town for many, many years and you have no idea who has seen them or if they were Sold on the Internet.
I had heard that the FBI was involved, and that it was a State Case but the Daily Interlake suggests that it may be up to Justice Courts, and Possibly District Court. This was Child Porn, pictures of the Daughters of the Tobacco Valley and now it may be up to Justice Court. It really should not shock me, I have seen a large number of people call the State of Montana on behalf of child abuse and children in bad situations and they ignore it or they send it to Libby where it is ignored. The Children are the ones who suffer, and some for the rest of their life.
This is extremely alarming, the Local Justice Courts is VERY selective in who gets in "trouble" for what, the Judge picks sides without hearing from all parties. She has been known to defy a district judge, known to give small tickets for drivers on drugs and drunk that total peoples cars and damage their health for life, ignore pleas for help with stolen campers, and these are just some of what goes around about Stormy Langston. Some say she is very, I have NEVER seen it, I have heard it from only one source, and it is has never happened to me.
In my experience, her "decisions" are not based on law but based on who she likes or knows. And how can a judge, that ran a "Head Shop" in whitefish Montana, and that was a big supporter of hemp fair sit in judgement of others over Marijuana.. the double standards and conflicts of interest are truly endless, In My Opinion.
If in District Court then what? There have been rapes, robberies, beating, molestations, animal cruelty and more that have been proven in district court only for the County Attorney to Let the Criminal go. So there is No Hope, Richard Brown, along with the other perverts, robbers, rapists, those who beat elderly men, dog murders and more will be back on main street and at it again soon enough.
There have been Rape cases here, like one 5 years back where every bit of evidence was in place and the County attorney opted not to prosecute. Plea Bargains.. it is all very sick and your the one who suffers. It is CHILD PORN no matter how you look at it, these kinds of "activities" and these kinds of drugs in a downtown business where many kids have been seen coming and going for decades really. And though I heard it "may" be a federal case, it seems that there may be a statue of limitations, so Folks, just don't get caught with your sick crimes until after the statute of limitations and you Good...
As a Lifetime Resident Here, I would say that anything goes, and it is not only names but also people who "information" on the names who get off for sick, sick crimes. There is no end in site. And the ones speaking out the loudest, the most violent and vile, the ones speaking out the strongest about all this well they are the rapists, they are the criminals themselves and they are the ones getting the justice system to work for them.
While at the same time calling, texting and in person giving death threats to victims who have already been through hell, and they continue doing this. People like me who speak out against the Sick Sick Sick crimes going on here, well what I get is comments from Gary Crandall that Says "too many people know where you live" - which is a direct physical threat. I get called every name you can think of and told I am lying about all this for personal motive, whatever that could be. Just because I care about what is happen to my fellow men and women of this town, that I have been a lifetime resident of.
When I was young, I would hear the guys talk, Dads - Uncles - Cousins - Brothers and they talked like, boy if anything like that happened to the woman in my family... but today we ALL seem to be able to do nothing but sit and wait for the Courts to decide who is a Victim.
How nice it would be to be living in the Old West, this is Truly WORSE. If you stand up for those in your family, your the one who "gets" in trouble. This is not the community I thought it was. I mean this level of sick crimes unprosecuted and though some seem to care, VERY and I mean less then one percent actually stand up against these vile - horrible crimes. Most tend to believe Marrianne Roose and the local paper, on the NOT fact that these crimes are investigated and all that can be done is being done. And they are happy with not knowing the truth. I understand, many have good reason to hide, some email me and just say I cannot speak out because I will lose business or my kids will suffer. Fine, then let someone like me who is no part of any of it really, other then my love for those in my community, some of who despise me and I still stand up for them... let me stand and take the Fire, take the threats, take the vile disgusting comments while this is happening to your kids, your friends, your neighbors and your family.
No Problem, I can take it.. but seriously what will it take for this Community to Stand up against the THUGS that call the shots for us, take your money and let your residents get raped, beaten and robbed in the meantime... I guess this community will truly just keep taking it..
Good People are leaving.. oh well.. right.. guess what you Will be left with if you don't STAND UP NOW...

If we need the Eureka Public Works Department, the Game Warden and the Forest Service to help with a Peeping Tom Charge.. then we are in Big Trouble. 2 Million a month of your money to this county, and yet Federal Money - a game warden - a forest cop.. those are who are involved in this case. All those Sheriff cars in the west kootenai last money spending the Operation Stone Garden Money, the border patrol a couple of weeks back on My Driveway questioning my contracts about what I am doing up here.. and we need a game warden for a drug bust. Thing have gone from bad to worse, and it is you who are affected, treated bad, NOT Protected and your footing the Bill... Where was your Sheriff Department - where are your tax dollars spent if they can't come up to Eureka and assist on this and the Forest Service and Game Warden need called.. along with the local "Public Works".
And who cares how much evidence or proof is found, MOST of the time it Does not matter, go look at the court records and you will see what I am talking about...

Man faces peeping charge

A Eureka man has been charged with planting hidden cameras in the dressing rooms and bathrooms of his downtown clothing shop, ostensibly to record customers changing.In addition to being charged with surreptitious visual observation, Richard Alan Brown, 36, also is facing more than a dozen narcotics charges, including drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of drugs with intent to distribute. Brown's bail was set at $650,000 during an initial appearance last week in Lincoln County Justice Court.
The Eureka Police Department began investigating Brown — who runs High Country Stitches, an alteration, sewing, costume, and clothing store in the 200 block of Dewey Avenue — after a complaint that he was secretly taping customers. After obtaining a warrant, investigators searched Brown's residence, which is located above his shop, and recovered video recordings and several different types of drugs, including prescription pills, marijuana, LSD and mushrooms, Eureka police officer Brenda Cavoretto said. Cavoretto said officers are exploring the possibility that the recording may have been occurring for the past five years, which is the statute of limitations for the surreptitious visual observation charge.
The case is still under investigation and officers don't yet know how many people may have been recorded. Investigators ask anyone who was a patron of the business and has information about any criminal behavior to contact the Eureka Police Department at (406) 297-2121.
Packets with witness statement forms are available at the station.Brown's next appearance, a preliminary hearing, is scheduled for May 6 at 11 a.m. During the hearing, at which Brown is expected to enter a plea, it will be decided whether the case remains in Justice Court or moves up to District Court. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, game wardens, the U.S. Forest Service, Montana Highway Patrol, Eureka Public Works Department and community members assisted in the investigation, Cavoretto said.

What's in a name?
After the events of the last year or so, I had to sit down and ponder this question. If you have the right last name in this town you can pretty much get away with anything in the school district with nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
Growing up here as some of us have we weren't all that excited when one of our young people brought firearms to school in his vehicle last fall. I mean come on it's hunting season after all and who among us hasn't gone straight out hunting as soon as the last bell rings, no big deal to most of us , right?
The young man in question got suspended for breaking school policy on firearms. Now don't get me wrong, I think it was kinda dumb to freak out the way some people did over this event, I mean it is NW Montana during hunting season after all. The thing that really got me puzzled however was when a student was EXPELLED for calling administors a bad name!! I mean what the hell is the district thinking!! suspend a kid over a firearms violation, but let's kick this kid out over him calling us bad names.
Last month my little daughter went to school and said that her older brother had physically assualted her, and guess what? Our wonderful school district jumped right in and went after him like he was a plate full of roast beef and they were at an all you can eat diner! I mean forget calling the parents and letting them know whats happening or going on, no, instead they call up AFTER the bus left and say that our daughter has missed the bus and that they will bring her home. After 2 hrs we go to the school to see whats going on and where our kid is at and find out that we have been lied to and that the police have been called and that our daughter is being kept "SAFE" from the family until a detective from Libby has a chance to talk to her. Oh how they did such a terrific job keeping her "SAFE".
First, they give her a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi and buy her pizza. Let me mention here that my daughter is not supposed to have caffine at all as per her pediatric specialist has ordered so she spent most of what was left of the night sick. But wait, I forgot, They Were Keeping Her SAFE!!!!!!
Now i'll be the first to admit that my son has had serious issues in the PAST at school and he has dug himself a pretty deep hole. And i'm not the kind of parent that would say that my kids never do anything wrong but I have to tell you that before this took place there was one incident that my son was the "victim" in at the school, and they were all to willing to ignore it and just brush it under the rug. See one morning my son goes in for breakfast and some parent calls him out into the hallway and threatens him as well as puts his hands on him. And guess what the GREAT PROTECTORS of our childern have to say to them. " You two need to take this somewhere else". Not why are you touching this boy or why are you yelling at him, or why are you threatening him, but to take it somewhere else. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!
The sad thing was that i wanted that staff members head on a pike, but it was the SUPERINTENDANTS wife!!! Who the hell is a guy supposed to complain to about that. Where do the schools, the district, and the administrators get off railroading kids like this. When i had a meeting with the Super, Mr. Graves, and Mrs. Lucey, Mr. Graves was the only one not wanting or willing to flush my kid down the drain. when i first suggested pulling my kid from the school, the Super was all for it. Yep, real quality leadership in our schools there by god......
Like i said, my kid has had problems with the school district, but i can tell you that those problems are not just his. When i was a kid in this very district you flat out flunked if you didn't get your grades, but now in the Eureka School District, if you are what they deem as a problem, they pass you on to the next grade so they don't have to deal with you. I KNOW THIS AS A FACT!!! IT WAS DONE WITH MY KID!!! I WAS TOLD THIS BY THE STAFF OF THE MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HAVE THE REPORT CARDS TO PROVE IT!!!! Let's forget about educating these kids and just get them out of our hair as fast as we can seems to be the rationale at our Great Schools here if you don't have the right name. I mean my wife and I begged the school staff to hold our son back, and he just kept getting passed on, from 5th, to 6th, to 7th, to 8th and then on into high school.
And in spite of our district, my kids grades when i pulled him from school were a's and b's with only 1 c. Now we do have some very good teachers at the district and it will be a sad day when they retire because they actually care about educating our kids. the high school seems to be in very capable hands with Mr. Graves at the helm, but with the boss that he has, i am affraid that he will be as hamstrung as the rest of the district staff. I have ZERO faith in Mr. Mepham as an eductator or as a head educator and from what i've seen in my own dealings with him it just cements my beliefs. i am not asking anyone to believe me, i'm just asking that people start checking things out for themselves and see if they come up with reasonable answers to my question.

so What am I hearing so far on the Richard Brown Case - via the Rumor Mill Today.. and the TVN
Well on the case they are calling, "Surreptitiously Visual Observation" and Multiple Counts of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs. Which is another way of saying there was lots of drugs on the property and he had being taking alot of photos without permission.

Is the Wilderness Club Golf Resort Going Bankrupt
I have heard for 2 years that the Public Golf Course (Indian Springs) is having financial trouble. The Last thing I heard was of the Last Million Dollar loan from the First Interstate bank. After that they bought the ranch next door. I don't know if they are selling anything but I do know I would NEVER live on the Highway, with a house right next to me and subject to being hit by golf balls at random, constant noise and lawn care. This is Montana, wide open spaces, I can't see a market for these homes, I get emails every other day of so with folks looking for real estate and well they are not looking to live next door to someone like this in Eureka Montana.

Coldwell Banker and Century 21 in Eureka, their Broker's in charge have went to Auctioneer school, Why? Sounds like a whole lot of land is going to be given away. the Realtors Win Again... Folks, sell your Real Estate Online without a Realtor. Pretend your a Buyer, look for real estate online where the buyers do. The MLS is for Realtors to Sell to Realtors, you don't need the MLS to Sell your Real Estate, buyers are looking for Your Eureka Montana Real Estate. It is your real estate, don't let the Realtors take your hard earned Equity.

There was a masssive statewide simulation of a terrorist attack on the border for our federal agencies. Since we have a port of entry we had some agents for this federal exercise. i don't understand why you are so worried. Its not in the best interest for the general public to know about every little thing the government agencies are doing. Look, I am not Raving. I choose love over fear, this site WAS to express what people are feeling and seeing, not SIMPLY ME. Though I have personally seen these air crafts - I do not fear them. I don't care what they are doing here, the government can and will do as they please and I do not live in fear. My blogs was simply to address the voice of the People. Those who tell me what they are seeing at Schools, with Military, with Date Rape Drugs, with Law Enforcement - they email me or call me and they are NOT anonymous. Those who slam me are always anonymous, hmmmm...
If you think it is fine for armed men in black suburbans, to walk up to your car and tell you to get out of the woods without having to identify themselves then so be it. How do you know they are not terrorists or drug dealers ? You don't. All you know is that they are fully armed and they are telling you to get out of the woods that you have walked in your entire life and it is none of your business. And they do not identify themselves to you.
The General Public Does not care about every move the military makes, however, when fully armed aircraft is over their house they get scared, they talk, it is human nature. Duh, the military should not talk about secret missions, however no politician - no local law knew anything and could not even tell these folks oh it is the good guys don't worry.
I know there were trainings here last summer, I spoke with some of those folks, but there was more going on then that and it is here again. So believe what makes you sleep best at night. My blog is to inform people what is going on, and to encourage free thinking. I do not encourage fear, I personally hope that Eureka Montana is Filled with Love and Light and that fear and darkness is gone for ever.

Rendezvous Committee
I am glad that the Rendezvous Kick Off Dinner will be at the School and that there will be several meals to choose from. This gets those businesses exposure and offers a nice selection of food. And maybe no one will be drugged as in last years Rendezvous dinner and the year before. Still folks watch your drink, even if it is water. GHB is not detectable, you won't know. Be careful out there, talk to your friends and neighbors there is no sign of this letting up.

Is it Gloom and Doom or is it True, I mean how can we simply discredit what so many folks are seeing, are concentration camps in America Being Opened our Not. I mean the Truth is Just so hard to find. Why cant’ we just speak the truth, what is so hard about that. Some may thing I am odd, of course it will happen no matter what you do, however, when you see lots and lots of people who have cured themselves of Cancer, and the FDA tells you that if you talk about it they will put you in prison it kind of puts you on the front lines.
There most certainly are natural cures for cancer yet we have to watch those sick cruel commercials where children are tortured with chemo and radiation and if they don’t do what “is in their best interest” according the Cancer Doctors who Lie then the child will be taken away from them. I was also told that if you are diagnosed with a cancerous tumor by your Oncologist that it is illegal to treat it naturally because then basically your choosing to die and well they just can’t have that on “their hands". Yet really you are Choosing to Live. In this I don't have a lot of faith in those who tell us what is supposedly best for us.
I don’t want to live in fear and I won’t, however, it is discouraging that the military activity here in Eureka is so unexplained, why not just tell us why we are turned out of the woods and why we are seeing the military air traffic. What is Such a big deal about the truth.

I was also told that if you are diagnosed with a cancerous tumor by your Oncologist that it is illegal to treat it naturally because then basically your choosing to die and well they just can’t have that on “their hands". Yet really you are Choosing to Live. In this I don't have a lot of faith in those who tell us what is supposedly best for us.
I don’t want to live in fear and I won’t, however, it is discouraging that the military activity here in Eureka is so unexplained, why not just tell us why we are turned out of the woods and why we are seeing the military air traffic. What is Such a big deal about the truth.

1200 websites say "US Orders Project ENDGAME To Begin, 775,000 Americans Targeted For Arrest" - why is this exact phrasing on so many sites, whether true or not, there are a whole lot of folks worried about it and in that there is concern. If it is not true then all these sites and all the people are creating a movement of sort that it is, and there seems to be some interesting sources. I am not saying I believe it or not, i have great hope in Obama, however, I do know that the "Government" has never been an ally to me, and I am simply doubtful in a miracle coming from this source.
