There is No Doubt About. I have around 1000 posts on this blog alone, I watch stats and have for years to try and improve my websites, my blogs... I know peoples patterns and NO ONE would be interested all day everday in search for terms such as "Sean Boushie" "Paul Stramer" "sandptcl" and a few other keywords that are ONLY unique to ONE person, and Could not randomly be anyone else.. it just can't be.

Obama Town Hall Meeting Eye Witness - Montana
This is what we saw:
We were stuck in traffic and I called a fellow Campaign For Liberty member at 11am. He, after giving us directions, mentioned the fact that the opposition (us) had a permit for where we would demonstrate and that (the pro "o" people) had parked their bus as to try and block our speakers platform (which was a tanker truck)from view of the main road (This was the case).
He also mentioned someone had been arrested but due to back ground noise I'm not sure if it was one of them or one of us?
Their bus was a real nice touring bus, And I thought it suspect, but can't say with certainty if it was from out of area.
As to their people, many were wearing the same pink t-shirts, there were a couple of bull horns, a larger % of their signs were professionally made.
I did see some AFL-CIO t-shirts & some hard hats. My estimation was we out numbered them by at least 4/1 .
We watched as Air Force One landed, shortly afterwards 3 Helicopters took off from the same area & flew to the hanger mentioned.
It was as described, off by itself. If they were concerned with his safety then it was a good location, But if they wanted to have control of who was in the audience it was a great location.
As far as the intimidating comments, I didn't see it from either side while we were there from 11 to 3.
And that's my take.

Eureka Foreclosures
Folks, the Local Foreclosures and the aggressiveness of local lenders such as Kalispell Glacier Bank is really sad and shocking. Realtors and the MLS data used by appraisors got Sellers, Borrowers into this mess, and they have no liability and in fact get to make more money as the Sellers loose hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The Market was False, MLS Data was NOT policed, prices were not real.. lenders knew they were loaning to high and yet they did it anyway. Most got a bailout and still they are taking homeowners properties with no mercy, no negotiations. Where is the Relief for the REAL PEOPLE paying for all this? I don't see Any.

What is happening to good, hard working people, life savings, equity and you know me, I blame the Realtors, the Data and the willingness of lenders to look the other way. Oh well the Lenders got years of interest and now they are taking the homes anyway.

Coming Soon Highlights.. Montana News By the People For The People
Coming Soon in the Next week or so, Me in Video talking about what has happened over the last year and some of the stories I have been getting - how I am getting these stories and information and to update you basically, on what I have seen over the last year as people have called, email, mailed, chatted, messaged ME about all kinds of things they have Been Through, experienced or know of.. This News to Me Blog Network Really Is News By the People for the People.
I will be posting video from the Denny Ryberg Listening Session in Hamilton. And telling you about my trip to Hamilton to take these videos, about Meeting Michael Spreadbury, about my Interactions with a Hamilton Judge, My talks with several Hamilton - Ravalli County Police, and what this means to you.
I will be telling you more about Why I have my Blog Network, what the point is in my standing up for victims of real estate crimes, rapes, children in meth homes, victims of robberies, and victims of complete Defamation whereby year after year rolls by and the local politics and media keep you in the dark on the real TRUTH about members of your community that you have now begun to fear.
It is Time to for Me to Do some more videos and to talk to you about all this stuff. I am for all victims who do not have a voice, I am not into my News By the People for the People with a Political Motive, I don't Care who is in office as long as they are not creating victims with their actions. I have no Sheriff I want into Office.
I will share with you later this week my childhood and teen experiences with cops and why I have always been afraid of a cop behind me.. this fear is in me.. though I do not dislike cops I don't know, if they have done nothing to me personally or I have not heard YEARS of stories of Abuse then I have no issue, if cops are above the law and creating victims I write about it. I simply tell the story of the People to Give them a Voice. No Motive, No Hate, No Agenda.
Your going to get an ear full over the next 10 days or so.. and as we near the Recall Deadline YOU need to know what I have been through over the last year, because at the point when the petition is over and you have spoken, MOST are afraid to sign and so far it don't look good from where I am sitting... people are afraid of what they call Economic Terror (losing jobs and business due to being on a list that signed the recall) - many are afraid of being set up or beaten by local cops - detectives or even killed. It sounds outrageous. I mean the People should be able to fire who they hired, however, Their Fear is to great to sign, though they tell us their stories and they feel that things need to change.
Even father's of raped daughters dismissed by local police as it being her fault somehow, they won't sign for FEAR of more bad stuff happening, and as I am caught in an Old Time Mob Movie I feel it is time that more of you heard more of these stories and see more of what has really happened in the last year of writing heavily on this site... after October 6th when the recall petition is over and the People have spoken, I will Not be here Like this, you will have made your choice, you will have ignored change out of fear, and those of us who stand FOR YOU.. we will have to simply move on...
I hope for a better way of life for you folks, I hope for more jobs, greater opportunity, and that you can actually one day get laws enforced and end your victims rights denial. I simply see no end in sight to the lack of justice here, and I certainly to not blame all in law enforcement, I get that the State laws are what they are and that many times the Law is up against Rules that Simply restrict them from carrying out justice.
However, many times it does not seem to be the case. But after October 6th You will have heard all the stories, you will get to examine the truth and think for yourself, and at this time I will No longer be the Guard Dog at the gates of the Recall. And you will simply have to Stand up for yourself Eureka.

Chrysalis School Complaint - Mailed to Me Via USPS.. Give These Girls a VOICE..
I posted a Question to my Readers in July asking what folks were hearing about the Chrysalis School in Eureka Montana. The Reason I posted at this time was because someone I know told me they had picked up a Chrysalis Student, a Teenage Girl and gave her a ride to town looking for her parents. She had supposedly claimed that a male counselor had threatened her and was acting sexually inappropriate.
The Chrysalis School called all the neighbors "Allegedly" at that time looking for her and finally found the one that had given her a ride.

So I did a Post then and Asked If anyone had any information on the Counselors at the School and well I have received an anonymous letter about the Chrysalis School It was sent Via Snail Mail (USPS).
Here is the Exact Quote..
"We are aware from first hand experience that the above school is confrontational and threatening in their counseling practices with girls. The male counselor/owner in particular uses humiliation tactics and encourages girls to humiliate each other. They also deny girls access to their parents and deny girls the right to speak to each other.
In addition, they punish girls by preventing their attendance at school; forcing them instead to perform useless manual tasks to the point of injury.
They do not have any PhD level professionals who oversee their admissions or weekly clinical practices. Junior therapists have no PhD supervision of their clinical practices.
Any attempt by parents to question their treatment is met with contempt by both owners. Any concern over this treatment expressed by the girls to their parents, is blamed on the girl i.e. the “therapists” claim the girl did something to deserve humiliation, threats or punishment."

By now you have probably heard that President Obama came to Montana last Friday. However, there are many things that the major news has not covered. I feel that since Bill and I live here and we were at theairport on Friday I should share some facts with you.
On Wednesday, August 5th it was announced locally that the Presidentwould be coming here. There are many groups here that are against hishealthcare and huge spending so those groups began talking and decidingon what they were going to do. The White House would not release ANYdetails other than the date.
On about Tuesday Bill found out that they would be holding the "Town Hall" at the airport. Though it was our President coming several expressed how excessive it was, especially during a recession. $$$$$ Late Tuesday/early Wednesday the 12th, they said that tickets would behanded out on Thursday 9am at two locations and the president would bearriving around 12:30 Friday.
Thursday morning about 600 tickets were passed out. However, 1500 were printed at a Local printing shop per White House request. Hmmmm......900 tickets just DISAPPEARED. This same morning someone called into the radio from the local UPS branch and said that THOUSANDS of Dollars of Lobster were shipped infor Obama.
Montana has some of the best beef in the nation!!! And itwould have been really wonderful to help out the local economy. Anyone heard of the Recession?? Just think...with all of the traveling theWhite House is doing. $$$$$ One can only imagine what else we arepaying for. On Friday Bill and I got out to the airport about 10:45am.
The groups that wanted to protest Obama's spending and healthcare had gotten a permit to protest and that area was roped off. But that was not to be. A large bus carrying SEIU (Service Employees International Union)members drove up onto the area (illegal)and unloaded right there. It was quite a commotion and there were specifically 2 SEIU men trying to make trouble and start a fight. Police did get involved and arrested the one man but they said they did not have the manpower to remove the SEIU crowd. The SEIU crowd was very organized and young. About 99% were under the age of 30 and they were not locals!
They had bullhorns andPROFESSIONALLY made signs. Some even wore preprinted T-shirts. Oh, andPlanned Parenthood folks were with them.....professing abortion rights with their T-shirts and preprinted signs. (BTW, all these folks didhave a permit to protest in ANOTHER area) Those against healthcare / spending moved away from the SEIU crowd to avoid confrontation.
They were orderly and respectful. Even though SEIU kept coming over and walking through, continuing to be very intimidating and aggressive at the direction of the one SEIU man. So we had Montana folks from ALL OVER the state with their homemade signs and their DOGS with homemade signs.
We had cowboys, nurses, doctors you name it. There was even a guy from Texas who had been driving through. He found out about the occasion, went to the store, made a sign, and came to protest. If you are wondering about the press.....Well, all of the major networks were over by that remote hangar I mentioned.
They were conveniently parked on the other side of the buildings FAR away. None of these crowds were even visible to them. I have my doubts that they knew anything about the crowds. We did have some local news media around us from this state and Idaho. Speaking of the local media...they were invited. However, all questions were to be turned into the White House in advance of the event. Wouldn't want anyone to have to think off the top of their head.
It was very obvious that it was meant to be totally controlled by the White House. Everything was orchestrated down to the last detail to make it appear that Montana is just crazy for Obama and government health care. Even those people that talked about their insurancewoes.........the White House called our local HRDC (Human Resource and Development Committee) and asked for names. Then the White House askedthose folks to come. Smoke and mirrors...EVERYTHING wasstaged!!!!!!!!!!! I am very dismayed about what I learned about our current White House. The amount of control and manipulation was unbelievable.
I felt I was not living in the United States of America, more like the USSR!! I was physically nauseous. Bill and I have been around when Presidents or Heads of State visit. It has NEVER been like this. I am truly very frightened for our country. America needs your prayers and your voices. If you care about our country please get involved. Know the issues.
And let Congress hear your voices again and again!! If they are willing toput forth so much effort to BULLY a small town one can only imaginewhat is going on in Washington DC. Scary!!

What Really Happened Last Week in Montana.
Hello All,
By now you have probably heard that President Obama came to Montana last Friday. However, there are many things that the major news has not covered. I feel that since Bill and I live here and we were at theairport on Friday I should share some facts with you.
On Wednesday, August 5th it was announced locally that the Presidentwould be coming here. There are many groups here that are against hishealthcare and huge spending so those groups began talking and decidingon what they were going to do. The White House would not release ANYdetails other than the date.
On about Tuesday Bill found out that they would be holding the "Town Hall" at the airport. I just want to let you and the listeners know what I plan on doing to protect my family from the home visits from the Health Department and their murderous vaccines. In light of all that they are planning it seems to me that our state laws will be our last bastion of defense. Here in Montana and I think in other states as well there is a law under the Human Rights section that gives me the right to use whatever force I deem neccessary to protect my family from anyone intending harm to my son and I.

My plan is simple: I will post No Trespassing signs all around my property, and I will also be posting all of the Montana laws that I deem pertaining to protecting my person, family, and property. Which include laws on Burglary, unauthorized entry, possession of burglary tools (which I would consider a door rammer without a search warrent would be.) I’m also going to post the laws pertaining to the people who do have state authority to enter my property for land assesment, land surveyor, or firemarshalls and point out that Health Department officials and cops for that matter aren’t in that catagory. These laws are going to be posted on every window and door into my personal property in big bold print. When the Health officials come to my door they will be met by me at the window by the front door with my compound bow and me stating that they are trespassing and they have 10 seconds to leave my property or be shot and their dead bodies carted out to the curb.
( 45-6-201. Definition of enter or remain unlawfully. (1) A person enters or remains unlawfully in or upon any vehicle, occupied structure, or premises when he is not licensed, invited, or otherwise privileged to do so. Privilege to enter or remain upon land is extended either by the explicit permission of the landowner or other authorized person or by the failure of the landowner or other authorized person to post notice denying entry onto private land. The privilege may be revoked at any time by personal communication of notice by the landowner or other authorized person to the entering person.

(4) If property has been posted in substantial compliance with subsection (2) or (3), it is considered closed to public access unless explicit permission to enter is given by the landowner or his authorized agent.
(5) The department of fish, wildlife, and parks shall attempt to educate and inform all persons holding hunting, fishing, or trapping licenses or permits by including on any publication concerning the licenses or permits, in condensed form, the provisions of this section concerning entry on private land. The department shall use public media, as well as its own publications, in attempting to educate and inform other recreational users of the provisions of this section. In the interests of providing the public with clear information regarding the public nature of certain unfenced rural rights-of-way, the department may develop and distribute posting signs that satisfy the requirements of subsection (3).

I realize that this isn’t a foolproof plan in the world we live in and I fully expect the Health Department to come back with the police, I also knowingly realize that we will probably die in our homes, but in truth I would rather die from a quick gunshot than whatever horrible, long, drawnout death they have planned with the vaccine. Please tell everyone that they should go to their state’s “Annotated law” web page and utilize the search to find their state’s laws on Human rights, trespassing, and burglary. Also, it is imperative for people to post the No Trespassing signs on their property, whether it is a huge ranch or in my case a ground floor apartment, even on the front door of their home if they live in a place with no land around it. If we can utilize the right to use force to protect ourselves from this damnable vaccine it may make the Health Dept. workers think twice about going door to door to kill us.
I hope this helps some people, and gives them some hope of a plan of defense. Alex, we don’t have words in the English language that can express how much we all appreciate the risks you are taking everyday to pull us all together, I will be honored to meet you on the Otherside. Jet Lands for an Hour.. Simply the NEWS as it happens in Eureka Montana..

CPS Luxury Helicopter was in Town .. Just to Take Look.. no Big Deal
Folks, Video Will be posted next week here, a HUGE black Helicopter was here yesterday.. and By here I mean pretty much in my Window.. It seems they came to town to look at the New Customs and Border Patrol Station.

FBI trained NJ blogger to incite others
HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - A New Jersey blogger facing charges in two states for allegedly making threats against lawmakers and judges was trained by the FBI on how to be deliberately provocative, his attorney said Tuesday.
Hal Turner worked for the FBI from 2002 to 2007 as an "agent provocateur" and was taught by the agency "what he could say that wouldn't be crossing the line," defense attorney Michael Orozco said.
"His job was basically to publish information which would cause other parties to act in a manner which would lead to their arrest," Orozco said.
Prosecutors have acknowledged that Turner was an informant who spied on radical right-wing organizations, but the defense has said Turner was not working for the FBI when he allegedly made threats against Connecticut legislators and wrote that three federal judges in Illinois deserved to die.
"But if you compare anything that he did say when he was operating, there was no difference. No difference whatsoever," Orozco said.
Special Agent Ross Rice, a spokesman for the FBI in Chicago, said he would not comment on or even confirm Turner's relationship with the FBI.
Orozco spoke to reporters after a court hearing in Hartford on Tuesday. Turner, 47, of North Bergen, N.J., did not appear, because he is in federal custody in Illinois. His arraignment on the Connecticut charges was rescheduled to Oct. 19.
In June, Turner urged his readers to "take up arms" against Connecticut lawmakers and suggested government officials should "obey the Constitution or die," because he was angry over legislation—later withdrawn—that would have given lay members of Roman Catholic churches more control over their parish's finances.
He wrote in Internet postings the same month that the Illinois federal appeals judges "deserve to be killed" because they issued a ruling that upheld ordinances in Chicago and suburban Oak Park banning handguns. He included their photos and the room numbers of their chambers at the courthouse.
Orozco officially joined Turner's defense team in the Connecticut case on Tuesday, with approval from Superior Court Judge David Gold. Orozco said his Newark, N.J.-based firm has been representing Turner for the past five years, including during his FBI informant years.
Turner's Connecticut attorney, Matthew R. Potter, said it's too early to tell which trial will move forward first. Orozco said he plans First Amendment defenses in both cases.
Randall Samborn, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office in Chicago, said the office would not comment on Orozco's statements.

How Could Sean Boushie at the University of Montana Right now NOT be connected to "sandptcpl" and to Jimmy Boston ( the Hate Mail I got out of the Federal Building in Helena , which could possibly be out of the Court Commuter system in Eureka Montana) and the U of M Stalker searching this stuff and is just today, and as of 9AM ...I have weeks upon weeks of this stuff and I gave it to the Local Justice of the Peace BEFORE she Wrongly gave Sean Boushie a Protective Order that he had NO Proof to actually have and denied me the right to testify. This Story in Detail Coming Soon... I have proof upon proof and I am refused a Restraining Order a Protective Order against a Man who has Threatened MY Life.
