President Obama today is not using any tools which were not previously put in place by former Presidents G.H.W. Bush, William Clinton, and G.W. Bush. But hidden facts from our history show that this push to destroy America began long ago and has been planned and executed over many generations, largely by stealth and misleading legislation within our system of governance.

The Montana Messenger seeks to share that hidden history with our readers, while publishing current issues and movements affecting the quality of our lives as Americans.
Both major political parties are party to, are even complicit with, a globalizing push to take America down from within and prepare our great nation for assimilation into their planned one-world government.
The two major parties speak of “peace, prosperity, and freedom”, but they both are bringing only tyranny and economic slavery. Both major political parties are involved in making America subservient to the United Nations’ global government, which already has a World Court, a World Bank, a World Peace-keeping force, a World Trade Organization, and is now openly calling for a World Currency.
All of this is a direct assault on American sovereignty, without which we shall be mere “world citizens” and our Constitution and Bill of Rights shall be evermore subservient to a higher authority, which sits even now in European banking-sponsored offices overseas. To fight this, Americans need unbiased reporting of hidden or suppressed facts and knowledge. We intend to provide just that. This paper is for readers who want to know what has been withheld from them by other media.

The house abounds with interesting, antique features, from the huge wood-burning furnace in the basement, around which the house had to be built (now bypassed in favor of two four-ton HVAC units), to two sets of eight-foot-wide pocket doors leading to the dining room and living room, to a bead board attic spanning the width of the house.
Though the house has passed through the hands of several owners throughout its 100-year history, it has retained many of its original details. Most of the original glass window panes remain, as do the striking pocket doors, built-in cabinets in the dining room, alabaster light fixtures, wall sconces, and skirted tub (now refinished).

One Story on the Integrity of Tungsten Holdings.
Second lawsuit imposed by Tungsten Holdings. They are wiping us out--I don't know what we'll do this time.
In 1991 Tungsten Holdings became the owner of property adjacent to mine and part of HES 744 established in 1929. The entire homestead is surrounded by Forest Service land. The northern portion purchased by Tungsten has never had a residence on it and since 1974 had been inaccessible through our place, as the dirt "road" had been washed out by a devastating flood. The northern portion had been in the Grambauer family until purchased (or acquried through lack of payment of taxes) since 1929.
Bert Grambauer, who took some interest in visiting the property once in awhile died in 1972. His wife died in 1973. The three nephews to whom the property was willed took little interest in the property and one never even visited the property. Obviously, Tungsten Holdings discovered this and struck in their usual manner. They quickly acquired the property (which had no legal access) planning to force neighbors into an easement through their property and then sell the property for an exorbitant sum.
In short order, they began hounding me for an easement through my property. I tried to deal with them for a couple of years, but then they sued. They also sued for a portion of property along my northern property line (their southern property line)--the line which Grambauer and I had agreed upon.
To make a long story short, we won at District Court level in 1998. Tungsten appealed to the Supreme Court and won everything back in a judgment in 1999. Because they didn't like to even associate with us then, they nearly forced us to sign an agreement (which amounted to a gag order on my husband and a "be reasonable" order on me) in 2000. (They didn't like the way we were trying to defend our own property rights.)
Our attorney advised us to sign it and be rid of them. Well, finally they found they HAD to talk with us on certain matters and started talking to my husband, as well. NOW they are suing us again for breach of the agreement!!
This time they are asking for punitive damages as well as requesting us to remove signs ON OUR OWN PROPERTY. IN SHORT, THEY HAVE BEEN HARASSING US FOR I8 YEARS !! I don't know where to turn.
We do not have the money to hire an expensive attorney, and it is a complete lose-lose situation for us. They could essentially wipe us out with punitive damages claimed and payment of their attorney fees. They are VERY POWERFUL and MALICIOUS!!
I have lived on this property for 42 years, and they are trying to devastate us now in our retirement years. This is clearly a case of 18 years of harassment and now elder abuse, but because of their money and power, Tungsten Holdings will win again. I feel great sorrow in losing faith in our judicial system, and it is not right that a powerful corporation should be allowed to bankrupt individuals clinging to rights granted by our Constitution, but money and greed rule our judicial system.

Dodd Proposes Removing Fed, FDIC Bank Oversight Power
"Nov. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Senator Christopher Dodd proposed creating a single U.S. bank regulator and stripping supervision from the Federal Reserve and Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in legislation aimed at preventing a repeat of the credit crisis.
Dodd, chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, would eliminate the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Office of Thrift Supervision and fold the Treasury Department units into the Financial Institutions Regulatory Administration, according to draft legislation released today in Washington.
“Our proposal will replace the myriad government agencies that failed to rein in risky schemes with a single, accountable federal banking regulator,” the Connecticut Democrat said at a news conference.
The U.S. bank regulation system may have led to lax oversight by encouraging a “race to the bottom” by agencies to win oversight of banks and thrifts, Dodd has said. His measure goes further than proposals by President Barack Obama and House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank to merge the OTS and OCC as part of efforts to prevent recurrence of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.
“Those institutions that would undermine the security of our economy will no longer be able to shop for the weakest regulator,” Dodd said.
The legislation creates a Consumer Financial Protection Agency, a separate regulator to maintain market stability and a mechanism for the FDIC to unwind failing “systemically significant” financial firms. Costs for unwinding firms would be recouped from firms with more than $10 billion in assets, according to a summary of the draft.
Funding Failures
Dodd’s plan for covering failures is at odds with an approach favored by Frank and FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair, who want to have companies pay into a fund before a collapse occurs.
“This pre-funded approach can assure that taxpayers will not once again be presented the bill for these failures,” Bair said today at a speech at a New York conference. “Building a resolutions fund balance in advance would also help prevent the need for imposing assessments during an economic crisis.”
The new banking regulator would be led by an independent chairman appointed by the president and a board including leaders of the Fed, the FDIC and two other independent members. It would be funded primarily by assessments on the industry. "

How Do We Hurt Eureka, Lincoln County Montana's Economy even More?
Well jobs are few and far between, the last mill is gone, real estate is getting pretty cheap and still not moving if it is not on a Lake or a Trophy Home there seems to be very little interest.
The Canadians along with the Canadian Dollar is pretty much all that is holding Eureka Montana up. Many are saying this, they say if it were not for the Canadians Eureka would be suffering quite a bit worse then it is.
Ok so how can Lincoln County Make it Worse. Well one way is to Tick off, to Rip Off the Canadian Real Estate Owners who own quite a bit of land in the Eureka Real Estate market.
Well I have got several emails from out of area land owners very upset at their Tax Appraisals, and in a time when foreclosures are up, jobs are down, Commissioners are getting raises Lincoln County Montana is RAISES your Property taxes NOW ... when your real estate is worth half of what it was a year ago. Why?
Well Money and Greed I suppose... Well Guess what the Canadians are Talking, and word is spreading fast. This latest Greedy move is causes Canadians to reThink Buying Real Estate in Eureka Montana. Here is an email I got Tonight...
